Water scarcity is exacerbating in many parts of the world due to climate changes compounded by population growth, overexploitation of freshwater resources, and lack of proper management. This upsurge worldwide interest in learning the potential impacts of climate changes on water resources. Climate change is often entwined with alteration of water quantity as well as quality, aggravating the fast-growing water crisis. In envisioning a sustainable future, encapsulates the idea of adapting to climate change and ensuring the sustainable management of water resources, reflecting the urgent need for resilience and responsible stewardship in a world. Where water scarcity and unpredictability are increasingly prevalent. Investments in resilient infrastructure, such as flood defenses and improved irrigation systems are essential to cope with changing climate conditions.

Utilizing technology for better data collection, analysis and modeling can help anticipate and respond to water resource challenges. Governments and regulatory bodies need to develop and enforce policies. They ensure equitable access to water resources and sustainable management practices through collaborative approaches to water management, including sharing water resources across regions and countries. They can also enhance resilience in the face of changing climate patterns. To define the regional and global action plans for climate change and to address issues related to the climate and water resources, the 1st International Hybrid Conference “Role of Climate Change on Water Resources Management for Sustainable Future” was held at Istanbul Aydin University from February 29 to March 01 in 2024 with the association of institutions from Pakistan and Turkey. Now the 2nd of series is planned for climate lovers at Tashkent State Transport University with the collaboration of Istanbul Aydin University of Turkey and Pakistan. The present conference is a step forward in bringing together again like-minded scientists, planners and researchers to discuss the issues going on and expected to appear in future before it’s too late.
